Returns

ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Return your order within 14 days for an exchange or full refund and within 30 days for an exchange only
The 14 days count from the day of receiving your goods until the date of posting them back to our London studio. 
Exchanges can only be made for products of the same price or higher in which case you will need to pay the difference. 
Items returned outside our 14 days return period will be returned to you. 
Returns will be processed within 48 hours which may vary during our busy periods. 
Please allow 5-10 working days for refunds to appear in your account. 
Refunds and exchanges will only be accepted for goods returned in perfect re-sellable condition along with all the original packaging. Therefore we advise to package your accessories carefully when returning to prevent any damage during shipping. When examining your products please be mindful not to scratch or mark the product.

Please note that personalised products can not be returned.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@tessaspielhofer.com.

RETURNING FAULTY GOODS
If you believe your product to have a manufacturing fault please send us an email at info@tessaspielhofer.com along with your order details and images of the affected area in order for us to assess the product and find a resolution.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance in order to ensure the return of your goods
